How can I Help?

As the MP for Merthyr Tydfil and Rhymney, it’s important to me that my constituents share their concerns, views and problems with me. As your MP I may be able to assist you with any issues or difficulties that you are facing, or point you in the direction of an organisation or charity that may be better placed to help. You can contact me regarding any matter you would like assistance with, or if you would like to know my views on national political issues.

Over the last two years I've helped well over 2,500 residents with queries and concerns that they raised with me. I also held over 90 advice surgeries alongside street surgeries, being visible and accessible across the constituency.

Due to the volume of enquiries I receive, I try to respond to correspondence as soon as possible (whether email, letter, phone or social media) – although some urgent cases can be dealt with more quickly.

Parliamentary protocol requires that I only take up specific cases on behalf of people who live in my constituency. To check whether I am your MP – please click here.

Please make sure that when contacting me you include your full name, postal address and phone number and your email address if you have one, as well as other information (if relevant) such as your National Insurance Number and Date of Birth.
